Rin is a performing arts manager and performer, based in Tokyo. Starting her career as an actress in Seinendan theatre company, she took part in a one-year course at the University of Westminster in 2018. She became a Neon Dance’s Cultural Connector in London and then worked as an ASM on Placement at Unicorn Theatre. After completing a BA in Education, she currently works as an arts manager at syuz’gen LLC. She named her title ‘play-worker,’ who focuses on creating a safe and playful environment for all the people engaging with arts. Recently she has begun her workshop project ‘Prototype New Audience’ to design a new relationship between performing arts and their audience.
